Project overview

A site-sensitive residential rehabilitation in a wooded Central Valley setting.

1 Tinny Lane is currently being worked on. The present photo record documents the existing cottage, screened additions, exterior envelope, rooflines, access points, mature landscape, and the property’s stream and waterfall setting before the completed transformation is available.

The project page will develop as work advances. Construction-progress photography, confirmed scope details, documented investment, and completed-condition images will be added only when they are available and verified.
